Latin American stars are immortalized in the Latin Baseball Hall of Fame

PUNTA CANA, Dominican Republic.– In an atmosphere marked by emotion and Caribbean pride, the Latin Baseball Hall of Fame celebrated its twelfth induction class with a weekend of activities that brought together outstanding baseball figures and representatives of the international sports press at the Lopesan Costa Bávaro Hotel.

The programming began on the 15th with a special gathering, followed by a tour of the museum in Dominicania and a fellowship dinner at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana. The day featured the participation of special guests and sports reporters, in an environment that combined history, culture, and celebration. The institution’s CEO, Robinson Paredes, expressed his satisfaction with the development of the activities, highlighting the family atmosphere and the integration between former players, family members, and members of the press. “It was a very special weekend, where everyone could share and enjoy unforgettable moments,” he said.

New Latin Baseball Immortals

The official ceremony began with the traditional parade on the red carpet and culminated with the protocol act of exaltation. In this edition, Dominicans Bartolo Colón, Miguel Tejada and Julio César Franco were immortalized, along with Venezuelan Francisco Rodríguez and Mexican Adrián González. The new members agreed in highlighting the honor of being part of the pavilion and thanked the support of their families, who were identified as fundamental pillars in their respective careers in the Major Leagues.
