Madrid (EFE).- The sentence handed down today by the Barcelona Court against an Espanyol fan for his racist insults against Athletic Bilbao footballer Iñaki Williams is the sixth issued by Spanish courts in recent months for this type of crime.

The first of these was issued in June 2024 against three fans for their insults to Real Madrid’s Brazilian player Vinicius Jr during a match at Mestalla between Valencia and Real Madrid.
