Santo Domingo. – The Banco Popular Dominicano sponsors the photographic exhibition Marileidy: images of a champion, which pays tribute to the career of the three-time Olympic champion, world champion, and Popular brand ambassador, Marileidy Paulino.
The exhibition remains open to the public until August 31st at the Galería 360 shopping mall and brings together 39 photographs taken between 2021 and 2026 that document different stages of Paulino’s career, from her training and competitions to scenes from her daily life.
Through the lens of photographer and cultural manager María Elena Moré, the images reveal the discipline, consistency, and human dimension that have accompanied the athlete on her path to the elite of world athletics, showing both the intensity of high-level competition and the moments of preparation, serenity, and perseverance that have marked her journey.

The executive president of the entity, Mr. Christopher Paniagua, highlighted that Marileidy Paulino represents an example of effort and excellence that transcends the sports field and reflects values with which the organization identifies.

The exhibition is part of the support that Popular provides to Marileidy Paulino and national sports. The athlete has been a Popular brand ambassador since 2022 and, since then, the entity has promoted various initiatives to accompany and document her career.
As part of that support, Popular published in 2025 the book “Marileidy Paulino: path to the Olympic dream”, which narrates her journey from her beginnings in Don Gregorio, Nizao, Peravia province, to the conquest of the Olympic title in Paris 2024.
