Santo Domingo. – Agents from the Central Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DICRIM) are actively pursuing a man who is accused of, along with another person, being the alleged perpetrators of the shooting death of a retired officer.
The fugitive was identified as Jean Carlos Vicioso Sebastián “Cacalo”, who is being accused along with Deivy Lorenzo Angomas “Juanito and/or Cara de Piña” of allegedly being responsible for the shooting death of Second Lieutenant (Retired) Héctor Adames Ysabal.
This event was recorded on Charles de Gaulle Avenue, Villa Mella, Santo Domingo Norte, on March 2nd of this year.
