n” “nThe Public Ministry indicated that prior to the events recorded at the health center, while they were in the home they shared, Vallejo Méndez asked Sánchez Galvez to hand over his cell phone, leading to a heated argument between the two during which he struck the victim and caused injuries to her face.
n” “nFaced with the aggression, the victim drove her vehicle to the hospital to receive assistance, and it was under those circumstances that she was attacked by the defendant as she was preparing to get out of the vehicle in front of the emergency area.

n” “nAt that moment, Sánchez Galvez was surprised by her attacker, who chased her on a motorcycle, demanding once again that she hand over her cell phone, and immediately fired the shots that caused her death, with the other woman who was at said health center also being struck by the gunfire.
n” “nInvestigating prosecutor Jenrry Arias gave the case the provisional legal classification of violation of articles 2, 295, 295, and 304 of the Dominican Penal Code, as well as articles 83 and 86 of Law 631-16 for the Control and Regulation of Weapons, Ammunition, and Related Materials.
