Taveras’ registration marks his official entry into the internal contest of the PRM, with a proposal focused on modernizing the organizational processes of the party, improving coordination between its territorial structures, and opening greater spaces for participation for young people and women within the organization.
Referring to his aspiration, the leader expressed that his candidacy arises from the commitment to continue contributing to the growth of the party and to strengthen the connection between the leadership and the grassroots.

“I firmly believe that it is time to continue strengthening our ties with the militancy and to modernize the internal mechanisms of the party, so that the PRM continues to be a dynamic, organized organization and increasingly closer to its people”, he stated.
René Taveras has developed an active political labor in the National District, participating in coordination, organization, and training processes within the party structure. That experience, as he explained, has allowed him to know firsthand the needs of the militancy and the importance of maintaining permanent contact with the leaders and work teams in the different sectors of the capital.
Your proposal also contemplates promoting more participatory management within the General Secretariat, focused on transparency, organizational efficiency, and the strengthening of party structures in each area of the National District.
Taveras stated that his political project seeks to contribute to the unity and consolidation of the PRM, working alongside the militancy to continue building a stronger, more modern party prepared for the challenges of the present and the future.
