Dominican authorities handed over this Tuesday to the Police of Haiti the former Haitian official Rosemila Petit-Frère, who was arrested by the General Directorate of Migration after arriving in the country on August 10th on a flight from Canada that landed at the Puerto Plata airport
The delivery of Petit-Frère took place in the afternoon at the Dajabón border crossing, where it was received by the commissioner of the Juana Méndez Police.
The former mayor of Arcahie was escorted by Migration agents and the Specialized Corps for Border Security (Cesfront).
According to a source with full credibility, Petit-Frère remained in custody for hours at the Dajabón Customs office.
