PRM highlights broad participation of its leadership in the XXIV Ordinary National Convention

Santo Domingo.– The National Internal Elections Commission (CNEI) of the Modern Revolutionary Party (PRM) reported that it satisfactorily concluded the series of assemblies held from July 17 to 19, as part of the XXIV Ordinary National Convention, in which the leadership of the municipal bodies, municipal districts, and the three constituencies of the National District were approved for the 2026-2028 period.

The CNEI highlighted the participation of the leadership in the different party structures and valued the atmosphere of harmony and organization in which the process took place, considering that it reflects the commitment of its members to the institutional strengthening of the organization.

According to the organization, the assemblies were held in 152 municipalities, 224 municipal districts, and the three constituencies of the National District, which is equivalent to 95% of the party bodies convened in this stage of the convention.

The commission noted that the development of these sessions represents a significant advance in the schedule of the XXIV Ordinary National Convention, through which the PRM is renewing its leadership structures for the 2026-2028 period.

Likewise, he indicated that this process is part of the internal work promoted by the ruling party to strengthen its territorial organization and complete the formation of its leadership bodies throughout the country.
