Santo Domingo, DR.- Venezuelan singer Nella Rojas surprised the audience as the opening act for Kany García’s concert at the Quisqueya stadium in Santo Domingo, delivering a magical performance that connected with the thousands of fans present at the venue.

Throughout her career, Nella has collaborated with artists such as the master of Dominican music Juan Luis Guerra on tracks like “Mi Guitarra,” as well as with Pedro Capó on the song “Volaré.” Furthermore, she has won important awards, including the Latin Grammy in the “Best New Artist” category, obtained in 2019.

The young performer, a graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music, has accompanied Kany García as a guest artist in several performances of this new tour, including concerts in Mexico City and now in Santo Domingo.

During her performance in the Dominican Republic, she performed several of the songs that are part of her musical repertoire, including “Me llaman Nella” and “Volaré”. Likewise, she paid tribute to the maestro Juan Luis Guerra by performing his iconic song “Burbujas de amor”.

In addition, he thanked the Dominican public for the warm welcome received during this first performance in the Caribbean country.

“SANTO DOMINGO how do you get over that night? Thank you for every one of your messages and for receiving me with so much affection. To my @kanygarcia you already know how much I love you! Thank you for having me on such a special night. I already want to go baaaaack!”, said the artist.

After taking on the role of opening act for the concert, Nella had a special participation during Kany’s performance, as both performed the song “Lo que en ti veo” as a duet, starring in one of the most emotional moments of the night. After the performance, Kany said goodbye to Nella on stage and invited the Dominican audience to follow her career and support her, highlighting her talent and artistic projection.

The concert by singer-songwriter Kany García in Santo Domingo was a production by businessman Gamal Haché and becomes the first stadium completely sold out by the artist throughout her career.
