SANTO DOMINGO— A decisive single by Cristhian Adames with the bases loaded in the bottom of the ninth inning gave the Tigres del Licey a dramatic 4-3 victory over the Gigantes del Cibao, this Tuesday at the Quisqueya Juan Marichal stadium, continuing the action of the 2025-26 Winter Baseball Tournament.
