For Colombia, it is their best performance in history, leaving behind the silver medal from Barranquilla ’18, precisely, whose final game was against Puerto Rico.
The Colombians attacked the net for 48.1 percent (108-52) and the Puerto Ricans for 43.2 percent (104-45).

Colombia relied on their attack through left-handed opposite hitter Miguel Ángel Amaranto, who was active in his attacks at the net and his blocks against his opponents. Heider Banguera and Daniel Aponza also stood out in these aspects.

Puerto Rico bet its offense on Klistan Lawrence, Eliel Salva, and Jair Santiago as its main attacking men.
