The program in question is in its second season, and the movement’s request focuses on the protection of minors and the impact that, according to them, the dissemination of certain messages can have on the formation of young Dominicans.  This case opens the debate on the limits of freedom of expression, the role of the State in the regulation of media content, and how what constitutes a “message contrary to values” is defined in a plural society like the Dominican one.
