Santiago.- The Fuerza del Pueblo has once again appointed Jaime Perelló Bisonó as director of the External Sector in the province of Santiago, a responsibility that consolidates his growth within the political organization and positions him as one of the emerging figures with the greatest presence on the local political scene.
The designation was announced as part of the opposition party’s territorial strengthening strategy, with the goal of expanding ties with the province’s business, professional, community, and social sectors, in view of the upcoming political challenges.
Perelló Bisonó, a member of the Central Leadership of the Fuerza del Pueblo and the Provincial Executive Leadership of Santiago, has for years actively participated in public debate through the media, from where he has exercised a critical and proactive opposition on various issues of national and local interest.
Their appointment recognizes a political trajectory characterized by the articulation of proposals and outreach to different sectors of Santiago society, a task that they must now deepen from the organization’s External Sector.

In addition to his political activity, Perelló has a solid professional background. He is a lawyer who graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and holds a master’s degree in Constitutional Law and Constitutional Procedure.

His experience covers the areas of constitutional, administrative, and foreign trade law, in both the public and private sectors.
Since 2007, he/she has coordinated and supervised legal departments specializing in criminal, administrative, and constitutional litigation. He/she also held positions at the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and MSMEs, where he/she headed the Directorate of Administration of Trade Agreements and Treaties, providing advice to the business sector and promoting training programs in foreign trade.
Likewise, he/she performed duties at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at renowned law firms in the country, complementing his/her profile with studies in public administration, trade regulation, customs, and constitutional law.

With this new designation, the Fuerza del Pueblo aims to strengthen its structure for reaching out to independent sectors in Santiago, while Perelló Bisonó expands his prominence within the main opposition organization in the province.
