Khaby Lame, the most followed content creator on TikTok, starred in one of the most striking operations in the digital world after a transaction linked to his brand was finalized for 975 million dollars. The agreement came when Rich Sparkle Holdings announced the purchase of Step Distinctive Limited, a company directly associated with the Senegalese-Italian ‘tiktoker‘, now turned into a global-scale commercial asset. One of the most innovative points of the contract is the creation of an “AI digital twin” of the ‘influencer’, for which they authorized the use of their image, voice, and behavioral patterns. This technology will allow generating multilingual content, permanent commercial broadcasts, and virtual presence in different time zones.
