Santiago.- Five prominent Dominican actresses will unite their talents in Santiago with the presentation of “Perdida Mente,” a theatrical proposal that marks an unprecedented encounter on stage and promises to turn the Gran Teatro del Cibao into the setting for one of the main events of national theater.
The performances will be on Friday, September 4th and Saturday, September 5th, at 8:00 PM, in the Julio Alberto Hernández hall, where the public from Santiago and the entire Cibao region will be able to enjoy the performances of leading actresses Cecilia García, Karina Noble, and Olga Bucarelli, who will share the stage for the first time.
Joining them are actresses Pachy Méndez and Laura Rivera, in a production that aims to combine the experience of renowned performers with a renewed scenic proposal.
One of the attractions of “Perdida Mente” will be its original soundtrack, a rare feature in Dominican drama and comedy productions. The music was composed especially for the play by maestro Dante Cucurullo, a renowned composer and orchestra conductor.
The staging also incorporates the work of set designer Ángela Bernal, director of Tracke Stage, responsible for providing visual identity to the production.

With a cast made up of figures with extensive experience, music created especially for the play, and a carefully crafted scenographic proposal, “Perdida Mente” arrives in Santiago with the goal of offering a high-level theatrical experience and bringing the Cibao public closer to a production starring some of the most recognized voices on the national scene.
The actresses highlighted during a meeting with regional media that the performances on September 4th and 5th, at 8:00 PM, represent an invitation to theater lovers to support this highly anticipated national premiere in Santiago.
