“This death should not have happened,” says Olga Diná Lloverías; coercion of Da Vinci employees postponed until this Wednesday
Santiago.- Judge Yaritza Cabral, of the Judicial Office of Permanent Attention Services of Santiago, postponed until this Wednesday, at 9:00 in the morning, the coercion measure hearing against four employees of the Leonardo Da Vinci Institute, linked to the drowning death of the student Stephora Anne-Mircie Joseph, 11 years old, which occurred on November 14 during a school excursion in Gurabo.
The postponement was requested by the parties in order to deposit additional documents, present attachments, and further analyze the case file, according to reports from the Public Ministry and the lawyers in the case.
