Santo Domingo.- The massive concert celebrating the 50-year career of maestro Ramón Orlando is completely sold out, according to an announcement made this Monday by the show’s producers, Mario and Fernando Fernández, of the company EH Events / HE Shows.
“First of all, we would like to announce that the concert is already “sold out”, Thank God we have no tickets available”, stated the organizers of the grand event.
Mario and Fernando Fernández, also explained the challenge involved in coordinating the extensive musical day and all the technical and logistical aspects, to guarantee a high-level production.
“The challenge has been more about being able to coordinate the musical part, logistically speaking, preparing a 7-hour and 40-minute run out is something complex, but we have a work team, both technical in terms of sound and visuals, as well as programming and logistics,” stated the producer.

As part of the organization, those responsible for the show highlighted that measures have been taken to ensure the safety and medical care of attendees, by having the support of the different emergency agencies throughout the day.
“We have the support of the Civil Defense, we have the support of the COE who will be with us, providing support with every incident that may happen, which we hope will be none, but we have everything covered”, they explained.
The doors of the Olympic Stadium will open starting at 4:00 PM through the access points distributed between the East and West stands and the VIP, Field, and Special Guest areas, to ensure the order of the attendees.

Finally, the organizers made a call to the public to collaborate in taking care of the Olympic Center facilities, respecting the green areas and avoiding parking in unauthorized places.
“The Olympic Center is too beautiful, let’s respect the Olympic Center, let’s not park on the sidewalk, let’s not park poorly, let’s respect the green area; furthermore, the security company that was hired will also have motorcyclists all around the Olympic Center ensuring that this is complied with,” they added.

The executives indicated that the show will feature a lighting rig, of 55 thousand watts and will have around 400 lights installed, including moving, LED, and watch lights.
“We have 120 thousand Watts of sound and in terms of screens, we have around 300 meters of screen. It is a unique show and that is what we are preparing for,” they indicated.
The magnitude of the show is also reflected in the number of musicians who will participate on stage. A total of 197 musicians will take the stage, with a previously planned distribution to guarantee the development of each performance. “The stage is 68 by 50, 68 wide and 50 deep,” they indicated.
