Uncle of missing girl allegedly confessed to sexual abuse and homicide in Imbert, Puerto Plata

An uncle of the minor Brianna Genao González would have confessed to investigators of the National Police that he sexually abused and subsequently killed the girl, who was reported missing since last December 31 in the community of Barrero, municipality of Imbert, province of Puerto Plata.

According to information obtained from sources linked to the investigation, the individual in question is Rafael Reyes Núñez Rosario, brother of Yesica María González, the minor’s mother. The man reportedly admitted his responsibility after several days of questioning by the authorities.
