That is how the Argentine star Leo Messi titled a video on his social media with images of the special edition jersey for his farewell to the Argentine national team, on October 6, in the match against Benin at the Monumental stadium in Buenos Aires.
The commemorative jersey retains the classic Albiceleste design, with vertical sky blue and white stripes, although with a special twist in the details: the collar and cuffs feature gold trim instead of the usual sky blue, and both the AFA crest and its name, Messi, and the number 10 appear embroidered in gold.

Also on the back, the garment features a lightning bolt print that unfolds from the center of the number 10 like a sun, a nod to the Sun of May from the Argentine coat of arms, which frames the name and number of the football legend with a gradient texture effect.
The Argentine captain announced his retirement from the national team on August 31st. “I emptied myself. I have nothing left to give,” he stated then when confirming the end of his time as an international player.
