Asociación Cibao presented its Payroll Deduction Loan Program, an initiative aimed at facilitating access to formal financing for company employees, during a meeting that brought together Human Resources executives from various sectors.
This solution allows employees to access consumer, vehicle, and mortgage loans with preferential terms, through a direct payroll deduction mechanism, helping to reduce informal debt and financial stress, without generating additional costs for companies.
During the activity, Rebeca Meléndez, Executive Vice President of Business at Asociación Cibao, highlighted that this proposal is part of the institution’s commitment to developing solutions that generate shared value.
“This program allows us to continue consolidating our role as a strategic ally for the business sector, by offering an alternative that generates benefits both for employees, by providing financial stability, and for organizations, by supporting the management of their human capital,” he/she expressed.
Meléndez also pointed out that the initiative responds to relevant challenges affecting the working population, such as limited access to formal credit and dependence on informal financing.
The program was presented within the framework of the breakfast-conference “Different profiles, same result. How to align teams and departments without friction or unnecessary wear and tear”, given by business coach Fénix Pérez Moya.
During her speech, the specialist addressed the main challenges in managing diverse teams, highlighting that differences between people or areas do not represent the central problem within organizations, but rather the way in which they interpret and pursue common goals from different perspectives.
Likewise, he/she shared practical tools aimed at improving communication, goal alignment, and effective coordination between teams, promoting more productive collaborative environments.
The activity is part of the initiatives of Asociación Cibao to strengthen its bond with the business sector, generating spaces for exchange and learning, while promoting solutions that contribute to the financial well-being of employees and the productivity of organizations.
