Mexico City.- The Mexican Government, through the Secretariat of Foreign Affairs (SRE, Foreign Ministry), expressed its solidarity this Wednesday with the people of Venezuela following two strong earthquakes that shook the Caribbean coast of that country just 39 seconds apart. “In light of the earthquake recorded today in Venezuela, the SRE expresses its full solidarity with the Venezuelan people and deeply regrets the damage and effects caused,” the Mexican Foreign Ministry noted.
n” “nAnd he warned that “so far, there is no report of nationals who have been affected,” while stating that the Mexican embassy in that country remains attentive to the development of the situation.
n” “nFurthermore, he said that in case of requiring consular assistance or protection in Venezuela, they must get in touch with the diplomatic representation.
