Bus overturn leaves at least 14 injured on the Casabito–Constanza highway

Constanza.– At least 14 people were injured on the afternoon of this Saturday after a bus overturned on the Casabito–Constanza highway, at kilometer five, according to preliminary reports.

The vehicle crashed while traveling on this mountainous road, causing multiple injuries that were treated at the scene by emergency units. So far, the authorities have not reported on the severity of the injuries or the health centers to which the victims were taken.

The accident caused the total obstruction of traffic, because the bus was across the road, generating congestion on this important access route to the municipality of Constanza. Relief organizations and traffic authorities are working in the area to restore traffic flow and determine the circumstances of the accident.
