Washington.- A bar in the state of Wisconsin that promised to give away free beer to its customers on the day that U.S. President Donald Trump died will lose its liquor license, reports the media outlet Fox News Digital this Tuesday.
The Wisconsin Department of Revenue informed Minocqua Brewing Company, which has two establishments in the state, that its license will be revoked effective August 4 for transporting canned beer from Illinois without the corresponding permits.
On January 22nd, the company suggested in a Facebook post that it would offer a “free beer all day” promotion when Trump died, although it did not explicitly mention the president’s name.

Minocqua Brewing Company is owned by left-wing activist Kirk Bangstad, who vowed to “fight tooth and nail” to keep his business open.
“They will have to drag me out of my bars by force before I stop selling beer to the thirsty progressives who come to visit us,” Bangstad wrote in a statement in which he also asked his customers to contribute to a fund to cover the legal costs derived from the revocation of the license.
