Santo Domingo.– One million Dominican mothers are receiving from this Wednesday, May 21st, the “El Cariñito 2025” bonus, an economic aid of RD$1,500 granted by the Government on the occasion of Mother’s Day, which will be celebrated next Sunday, May 25th.
This financial support is deposited through different platforms, including the accounts of the “Aliméntate” program, the Banco de Reservas, its MIO application, as well as the usual cards of the beneficiaries of the Supérate program.
The general director of Supérate, Gloria Reyes, pointed out that this initiative seeks to “recognize the commitment of Dominican mothers to their children”, highlighting their fundamental role in the development of society.

“El Cariñito” will be delivered only once and can be redeemed for a period of 90 days. The voucher is exclusively for women who meet the requirements established by the State’s social programs
Mothers who are granted this bonus must have incomes below the established poverty level and will be verified with the database of the Social Security Treasury (TSS), with the exception of mothers who have children under 5 years old, or those who are in charge of the care of elderly adults or people with disabilities.
