San Francisco de Macorís- Attorney Gerson Lizardo reported that the court was formally seized of the request for a coercive measure against the member of the National Army involved in the event where the teenager Ángel Manuel Luna, 16 years old, lost his life, in an incident that occurred in this city.
Lizardo explained that the hearing was set for tomorrow at 9:00 in the morning, where the Public Ministry will be requesting a coercive measure against the military man involved in the case.
The jurist indicated that, so far, the police officer who was also present at the incident is not listed as a defendant in the judicial process.
