San Salvador.- The president of El Salvador, Nayib Bukele, said this Wednesday that his Government has offered aid to Venezuela, hit by two strong earthquakes, and assured that rescuers and paramedics “are ready” to leave for Caracas.
n” “n“At this moment, we have offered help to the Government of Venezuela through our Foreign Ministry“, Bukele posted on X, the same social network where, a little over an hour ago, he expressed his solidarity with the South American country.
n” “nThe president assured that “300 rescuers and paramedics, along with 50 tons of equipment, medicines, and essential supplies, are ready to depart for Caracas“.
n” “nTwo strong earthquakes shook the Venezuelan Caribbean this Wednesday with just 39 seconds of difference, in a seismic sequence whose main event was a 7.5 magnitude earthquake, reported the official United States tsunami warning system.

The two earthquakes of magnitude 7.5 and 7.2 that occurred in an area of the center of the country caused material damage that has not yet been quantified and for which no number of injured or deceased has been reported so far.
