San Cristóbal.– Agents of the Regional Sub-directorate of Investigation (DICRIM) of the National Police recovered several vehicles and four motorcycles that had been reported stolen, during a series of operations deployed in different sectors of the San Cristóbal province.
According to the institution, the recoveries were possible thanks to intelligence, monitoring, and investigation work carried out by members of the DICRIM, as part of the actions maintained by the Police to combat the theft of vehicles and motorcycles.
The entity explained that these operations are part of a strategy aimed at strengthening citizen security, preventing crimes against property, and recovering illicitly obtained assets.

The recovered vehicles and motorcycles were handed over to the Public Prosecutor’s Office for the corresponding procedures and, once the legal proceedings are concluded, they will be returned to their owners in accordance with the law.
