Villa Hermosa, La Romana.– The National Police, through the Criminal Investigation Division (DICRIM), is maintaining an intense search for a man identified as the alleged perpetrator responsible for causing the death of another by gunshot wounds, in an incident that occurred last Sunday in the municipality of Villa Hermosa.
The victim was identified as Wilkin Daniel Reyes Medrano, alias “El Cojo”, 23 years old.
The alleged perpetrator is Deiuris Amador Minier, alias “El Vale”, who is a fugitive and is being actively sought under arrest warrant No. 2026-AJ0063260, to be brought before the Public Prosecutor’s Office.
According to preliminary investigations, the incident originated from a social conflict that occurred at the “Tapa de Gomas” tire shop, where investigators collected a 9-millimeter shell casing as evidence.

Likewise, upon clearing the victim’s data in police files, it was found that they had an active alert due to a judicial process related to an event that occurred on January 9, 2025.
The National Police urges the fugitive to turn himself in through the means he considers appropriate and requests that citizens, if they have information about his whereabouts, provide it confidentially.
