The singer also pointed out that “Rosita” is a song from Tainy’s album in collaboration with Jhayco and him, and clarified that he did not write the line that sparked the controversy. “About ‘the line’… I did NOT write it and, within the context of the song, when I heard it I didn’t read it as a lack of respect for anyone,” he stated. He added that he understands that each person can interpret it differently, and that if someone felt uncomfortable, he respects that perception.“At no time have I spoken ill of Cazzu. I consider her a friend; although we haven’t been close for years, I only have fond memories with her and her people. For his part, Jhayco, whose given name is Jesús M. Nieves Cortés, publicly assumed authorship of the lyrics and explained that his intention was to use as an example a public situation related to the Mexican singer Christian Nodal, without intending to disparage anyone, since he, shortly after getting over Cazzu, married Ángela Aguilar.“Don’t take this out of context trying to create a conflict between people… there is no fight here, there is no bad vibe. There is music, there is work, and there is unity. Peace and love,” he wrote, assuring that the release represents an important step for him in leaving behind years of rivalry with Jhayco.
