SinergIA 360 will address the changes that are modifying the way projects are planned, managed, and evaluated. Its program will include conferences, panels, pre-congress workshops, and professional networking meetings on artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, governance, sustainability, change management, and methodologies applied to increasingly complex environments.
The evolution of the project manager will also be discussed, a professional who is no longer limited to monitoring schedules, budgets, and deliverables. The new scenario demands strategic judgment, technological mastery, negotiation skills, and a deeper understanding of the human and organizational impact of every decision.
During a cocktail event that brought together representatives from public institutions, business leaders, professional associations, and strategic allies, the president of the PMI Dominican Republic Chapter, Wanda Mercedes De Jesús, explained that the meeting seeks to bring specialized knowledge closer to the challenges currently faced by companies and public institutions.
“SinergIA 360 will be a space to connect knowledge, leadership, and execution capacity. Our purpose is for each participant to find new tools, trends, and alliances that allow them to transform their projects into results with greater impact for their organizations and for the country’s development,” he/she expressed.
The presentation event included the lecture “Strategy, AI and Power Skills for organizations of the future”, delivered by César Cordero, author, speaker and general director of Dale Carnegie Dominican Republic.
Cordero analyzed the competencies that leaders need to function in organizations affected by automation, accelerated change, and new forms of collaboration. His presentation argued that leveraging artificial intelligence does not depend solely on the adoption of technological platforms, but also on the ability to communicate, lead teams, make decisions, and maintain trusting relationships.
With this sixteenth edition, PMIRD seeks to expand the reach of its international congress and strengthen it as a meeting point for professionals, students, companies, and institutions interested in raising the quality of their projects.
