Santo Domingo.- The Minister of Public Health, Víctor Atallah, informed that the Government has concluded the psychosocial survey of the families affected by the collapse of the roof at the Jet Set nightclub, which occurred on April 8th.
In that sense, the official specified that this process has allowed to identify the legal, emotional, and economic needs of those affected, who will begin to receive financial support starting next week.
“All the people who have met the established requirements have already been taken into account and, starting next week, will begin to receive financial support that will last for six months,” explained the minister.
In addition, Atallah announced that families with health insurance under the contributory scheme will maintain this coverage for six months. Subsequently, they will be integrated into the subsidized scheme to ensure the continuity of health services.
Regarding emotional support, the minister emphasized that mental health support will be permanent and without time limitations.

These actions are part of the Socio-Family Intervention Protocol implemented by the Government to provide a comprehensive response to victims and their families.
