Santo Domingo, DR.– The Dominican journalist, writer, and essayist Luis Martín Gómez, who served as Director of Communications for the Central Bank of the Dominican Republic (BCRD), passed away this Friday.
The information regarding the passing was provided by communicator Pedro Jiménez, during his participation in the radio program El Sol de la Mañana, where he announced the news and highlighted the career of his friend and colleague.

“I received a call from a great friend to inform us that our good friend, the former communications director of the Central Bank, Luis Martín Gómez, passed away at Hospitén,” stated Jiménez during the broadcast.
