SANTO DOMINGO. The 24-time national champions, Tigres del Licey, announced the schedule of their preseason games for the 2025-26 season of the Dominican Republic Professional Baseball League.

The Tigres will have seven preseason games, starting on Monday, October sixth, when they will face the Águilas Cibaeñas at noon.
The next day, the capital team moves to San Francisco de Macorís to face the Gigantes del Cibao also at 12 noon.
On Thursday the 9th, the Francomacorisano team returns the visit to the blue team, on Friday the 10th they will be visiting the Eagles. Both challenges will begin at noon.
On Saturday 11th there will be two matches with divided squads. The first will visit the Stars at four in the afternoon and the second will play in Puerto Plata against the Mariners team, from three in the afternoon.
Licey closes its preseason calendar with a game on the 13th as the home team against the Leones del Escogido at the Quisqueya Juan Marichal stadium from 11 in the morning.
The 2025-26 Dominican baseball season will begin this coming October 15th, when Licey receives the visit of the Leones starting at 7:30 PM.
